We understand that plans change. Here is our policy on cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order any time before it is out for delivery. Once the order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
- Go to 'My Orders' section to cancel eligible orders.
- You can also contact our customer support for assistance.
2. Refund Policy
If you are eligible for a refund (e.g., due to cancellation before delivery or missing items), the amount will be refunded to your original payment method or Quiq Veg wallet.
- Wallet refunds are processed instantly.
- Bank/Card refunds typically take 5-7 business days.
3. Return Policy
For hygiene reasons, we generally do not accept returns on perishable items like vegetables and fruits unless they are damaged or rotten at the time of delivery.
